All the other Turkic Wikipedias (ba, cv, az, uz, kaa, kk, crh, sah, tt, ug ) have a section on their main page that lists the Wikipedias in other Turkic languages. You should do the same. Many people find it very helpful. For example, have a look at the main page of the Uzbek Wikipedia:
